EPM Cloud Training Practitioner | Tshwane (Pretoria) | Contractor
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Level EPM Cloud Training Practitioner to join our team in Gauteng.
As the EPM Cloud Training Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training approaches, strategies, and programmes for specific change projects within the Banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis to develop training approaches and strategies.
- Implement training plans and evaluate performance.
- Develop and implement instructionally sound training methodologies.
- Diagnose and recommend training solutions based on project objectives.
- Facilitate the development of training content and material aligned with digital learning.
- Review and customize training content to set standards.
- Assess training delivered, identify gaps, and implement interventions.
Qualifications:
A minimum of B degree in (education, business, journalism, training, systems /e-learning) OR
equivalent.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in needs analysis, developing training approaches, and implementing training plans.
Proficiency in e-learning, digital training, and digital content development.
