Our client is looking for a dedicated and technically adept Graduate IT Support Specialist to join their expanding IT team, operating remotely. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth technological operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via remote channels (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within the IT infrastructure.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and support requests in the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Understanding of network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with troubleshooting common hardware and software problems.
- Strong customer service skills and a patient demeanor.
