Job Title: IT Technician/Engineer

Location: Westrand, Johannesburg

Salary: R20k R30k, negotiable based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Technician/Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge and expert proficiency in various IT domains, including cloud computing, Microsoft systems, networking, desktop support, backup solutions and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage IT projects effectively.
2. Implement solutions based on client requirements.
3. Excellent communication and presentation.
4. Ensure to manage and maintain your vehicle for business purposes.

Required Skills/Experience:

1. Mastery in Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Microsoft 365 SharePoint (5+ Years).
2. Advanced expertise in Cloud Architecture (Azure), Hosted Backup, and Cloud hosted servers (3+ Years).
3. Expertise in Windows Servers Setup, Email Migrations, Desktop Support and Networking Setup (5+ Years).
4. Advanced knowledge of Patch Management/RMM Management, ESET Setup, Firewall Setup (preferably Sophos), and PABX Setup (2+ Years to 3+ Years).

Advantageous Skills:

1. Certifications in Office 365, A+, N+, MCSA, MCSE, AZURE, and Firewall.
2. Experience with VMware.
3. IT Qualification from a recognized institution.

The ideal candidate is a lateral thinker with a professional attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a track record of implementing efficient IT solutions. The candidate must have his own reliable vehicle.
