- Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years experience as a software engineer in enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to lead delivery teams and drive successful outcomes.
- Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, clean code, and best practices.
- Mastery of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and adaptability to new tech.
- Experience architecting and structuring projects within enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
