A leading OEM manufacturer of precision-engineered solvent recycling systems and industrial equipment, is expanding its advanced machining division and seeking a Qualified CNC Turner to join our team of professionals.Our facility is equipped with brand-new Doosan machinery, including a Lynx 2600 SY CNC Lathe and a DNM 6700 CNC Milling Machine, ensuring a world-class precision manufacturing environment.Position Overview:We’re looking for an experienced CNC Turner skilled in Fusion 360 / Sketch-Turn programming and operation. The successful candidate will manufacture high-precision components for both local and export projects, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency.Requirements:Qualified CNC Turner (Trade Test or equivalent qualification)5–10 years’ experience in CNC Turning, Programming & SetupStrong working knowledge of Fusion 360 / Sketch-TurnExperience with Doosan CNC machinery (advantageous)Proficient in G-code programming, tool path optimization, and precision tolerancesSkilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specificationsExperience with both metric and imperial machining standardsAttention to detail and a high commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a production teamResponsibilities:Program, set up, and operate Doosan Lynx 2600 SY CNC LatheManufacture precision components to specified tolerancesSelect appropriate tooling and optimize cutting parametersConduct in-process inspection and quality verificationCollaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve production efficiencyMaintain accurate production and quality documentationOffer:Competitive remuneration (based on experience and skill level)Opportunity to work with new-generation Doosan equipmentExposure to ISO-3834 & ASME certified manufacturing environmentStable, long-term employment in a growing OEM operationSupportive team culture and ongoing upskilling opportunities
