A skilled HYDRAULIC TECHNICIAN is required to assist with fleet maintenance, hydraulic-related repairs and workshop operations. Permanent employment based in Camperdown.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform maintenance and upkeep of the fleet.
• Participate in standby duties.
• Attend to breakdowns during and outside normal working hours.
• Administer internal parts processes.
• Identify deviations, irregularities and discrepancies.
• Maintain workshop housekeeping and comply with health and safety requirements.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Grade 12.
• Valid Code B (08) driver''s licence.
• Minimum three years'' practical experience in a similar position.
• Welding experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good self-discipline and time management.
• Ability to work overtime and under pressure.
