Youll also play a key mentorship role, guiding Junior Engineers and driving technical excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities:Design and prepare detailed engineering plans for: Bulk water networks, sanitation systems, stormwater, hydrology, pump stations, pipelines, and urban drainage.Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies and costing to construction and close-out.Develop specifications, contracts, and technical documentation.Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure quality assurance and safety compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and authorities to ensure successful project delivery.Mentor and support Junior and Graduate Engineers. Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):Education: BEng / BSc Eng / BTech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)Registration: Pr Eng or Pr Tech (ECSA)Experience: Minimum 8 years in Water & Sanitation Engineering Consulting, including design and site-based project work.Technical Skills:Proficiency in:AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Civil Designer, HECRAS, EPANET, Model Maker, Surge Analysis Software, and Stormwater SoftwareMicrosoft Office & MS ProjectsStrong project management, budgeting, and cost control skillsKnowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Environmental, Health & Safety regulationsIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
