What Youll Bring:

-Strong administrative skills, with experience in handling invoices, quotes, and managing workshop orders.
-Proficiency in software like Pastel or similar for managing financial tasks.
-Intermediate computer skills for managing both office work and operational follow-ups.
-An assertive and proactive attitude, ensuring that tasks on-site run smoothly, employees are productive, and any issues are handled with confidence.
-The ability to take charge, ensure workers clock in/out properly, and maintain control over the day-to-day flow of the site.

What Youll Do:
-Keep the office and site operations running like a well-oiled machine.
-Ensure employees are productive and sticking to timelines.
-Handle any incidents on-site while maintaining a calm and efficient environment.
-Be on top of workshop orders and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
-Take charge of ensuring time is well managed and employees are focused.

Your Edge:
-You have a technical and practical disposition, making it easy for you to understand and supervise site activities.
-Previous experience in a technical or machinery-related field will be a strong advantage.
-Youre assertive, hands-on, and ready to take control of both admin and site responsibilities.
