A busy and thriving UPMARKET Dental Practice in Sandton, Johannesburg requires a skilled Dental Receptionist. Are you a dynamic and personable individual with excellent customer service skills? As a Dental Receptionist at the busy practice, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will involve a combination of reception duties, customer relations, answering phones, and managing appointment bookings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic's front desk. Having Solumed experience would be beneficial, but training will also be provided. If you have experience with Dental Assisting it would be an advantage too.

Working hours: 07:30 to 16:45, Monday to Friday & occasional weekend shifts 

Salary: R12000 - R15 000 (before deductions) 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Outgoing and interactive personality to make patients feel at ease and welcome
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - must be well-spoken
• Familiarity with dental software, specifically Solumed, is a plus (training available).
• Availability to work
