DESCRIPTIONPosition based in Plattekloof, Cape Town.The Financial Manageress will have a team of accountants and clerks reporting to her.She will oversee the daily accounting process of the business as well as be responsible for the monthly / quarterly /annual financial reporting.As a Financial Manageress you will be expected to provide a high standard of financial and business reports and analysis that will assist the executives in making key decisions for the business.Information Technology industry experience will be a huge advantage.Salary R35000 - R45000 pmREQUIREMENTSQualificationsMatric (required)Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.SAIPA, CIMA (Preferred)EXPERIENCE3 – 5 years’ experienceStrong experience in financial analysis and reportingAdvanced excel skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables.SAGE and pastel partner experienceAbility to develop financial and operational models.RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the daily processing for the finance team.Review of monthly reconciliationsTreasury managementMonth end process completion (including monthly journals preparations)Monthly / quarterly /annual financial reportingPrepare and run annual audit and financial statements.Financial analysisProcess improvement.Ensure company compliance with IFRS.Ad hoc projects as assigned by Managing Director
