They are known for their technical rigour, project delivery strength, and commitment to engineering standards.What You’ll DoOptimise PV array and inverter configurations for performance and compliancePerform module string design and detailed shading analysisIntegrate PV inverters with grid-tied systems and BESSDesign thermal management and cleaning systems for large-scale PV installationsDevelop PV system control logic, protection schemes, and SCADA integrationProvide engineering oversight across design stages and technical reviewsSupport risk assessments, performance modelling, and technical troubleshootingWhat You BringPr Eng registration10–19 years of professional experience in solar PV engineeringStrong technical competence in PV system design, inverter integration, and utility-scale architectureExperience with grid-tied and BESS-related engineeringProficiency in design tools, simulation software, and system optimisation methodologiesAbility to work across multidisciplinary engineering teamsWhat Success Looks LikeDelivering optimised, compliant, and cost-effective PV system designsReducing system losses through rigorous shading and performance analysisStrengthening integration between PV, BESS, and grid-connected systemsEnhancing project reliability through robust engineering fundamentalsSupporting high-quality technical decisions that improve long-term asset performance
