Job Descriptions:Financial Feasibility & AnalysisAnalysing and preparing financial feasibilities and profit returnsCalculating project interest rollsMapping out project funding, raise targets & pre-sale targetsAnalysing project costing efficienciesOperational:Cash Flow Management (Driving key cash flow items)Project draw recon review and submissionsVAT submissions reviewsBudgeting, forecasting and trackingTax related matters when applicableNew entity set-up - from a SARS, accounting package and CIPC perspectiveLegal agreement implementation and reviewAccounting:Audit oversight and managementOverseeing complete and accurate trial balancesAccounting system changes and improvement implementationProject transfer oversightFocusing on efficienciesDeveloping and implementing smart & live reportingReconciling sales system and accounting systemReconciling 3rd party platform reports and providing sales splitsReconciling final transfer accounts and project returnsReconciling interdepartmental reportsReporting & Pack Creation:Executive ReportingManagement ReportingProject ReportingBank funding pack creationSkills & Qualifications:3-5 years experience in a similar roleDegree in Finance or AccountingSAIPA or SAICA articles would be advantageousXero and Syft accounting software experience would be advantageousConstruction related experience would be advantageousMust love a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA highly organised individual who is responsible to manage tasks on their ownHard-worker, efficient, deadline focused, high attention to detail and strong ability to self-review workIncredibly neat and has extensive experience with reporting pack compilationsMust be good with people and work well in a teamProficient in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Office)Strong Microsoft Excel skills(pivot tables, vlookups, complex if formulas
