Refrigeration Foreman

Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise the refrigeration team and plant operations.Ensure the optimal performance of refrigeration systems and equipment, specifically ammonia-based installations.Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to prevent breakdowns and ensure uptime.Maintain and enforce safety protocols in line with ammonia regulations and legal standards.Coordinate planned maintenance schedules, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance documentation.Monitor energy efficiency and implement continuous improvement measures.Train and mentor Technicians and ensure operational readiness.Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational requirements.Minimum Requirements:CAT B Ammonia License essential.Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, preferably within food processing or cold storage environments.Hands-on experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems.Proven experience in a supervisory or Foreman role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems related to refrigeration.Understanding of SHEQ standards, risk management, and emergency procedures.Ability to work under pressure, troubleshoot efficiently, and lead a team effectively.Apply now
