Sales Administrator

Main Purpose/Objectives of the Job:
Information Management:
Act as the Off Trade and On Trade conduit for the gathering and dissemination of information and creating exception reports where needed, with possible actions to the relevant teams on the ground. Monitor ongoing progress against Off Trade and On Trade activity plans and trackers, gathers feedback from sales teams and provide evaluation and suggestions for improvement. Tracks and reports against budget utilisation. (Using Systems in Place) Update and send weekly cycle tracker to sales support for both Off Trade and On Trade. Support Commercial Manager, National Sales Support and Customer Service on collation of feedback.
Sales Support:
Provide required operational and ad hoc sales and operational reports (daily, weekly and monthly) as set out and as instructed on occasion. Support HODs (Off Trade & On Trade) in collating reports as determined by the Channel. Support team managers with Skynamo reports and trackers as set out.
Operations Management:
Management of the Fuel Utilisation, Cellular Allowances and Ad hoc Claims reports with highlights on exceptions. Timeous reporting to the Channel of all Operational reports Weekly/Monthly/Adhoc.
General Administration and Office Management:
Arranging and manage all Sales Team gatherings i.e. DMR ,Management Meetings, Monthly Meetings etc. and as guided by the HODs.
Scrutinise new account application forms against what is correct before the forms are sent to the Accounts Department.
Education and Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration
Microsoft package, solid excel skills
Competencies and Personal Characteristics required:
5 years experience in administration function with multiple stakeholders
Experience with project management/coordination of multi-disciplines and across functions
FMCG Retail portal knowledge would be advantageous.
