The Role: Software Engineer As a Software Engineer, you will lead the development of scalable, blockchain-powered applications and smart contract solutions. You'll collaborate closely with a team of talented engineers and product leads to solve technical challenges and build high-impact digital products using modern technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable smart contracts using Solidity or RustBuild and maintain Web3 applications, including token systems, wallet integrations, NFTs, and dAppsCollaborate with frontend and backend teams using JavaScript/TypeScript to integrate blockchain functionalityOptimize smart contracts for gas efficiency, security, and audit-readinessParticipate in architectural planning and technical decision-makingDevelop internal tools and libraries to enhance developer productivityStay current on blockchain innovations, Layer 2 solutions, and security best practicesMentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing About You 4+ years as a senior or lead software engineerStrong experience with Solidity or Rust in smart contract developmentDeep understanding of blockchain and Web3 architectureProficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and full-stack developmentFamiliarity with Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon)Skilled in Web3 tools (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Metamask, Alchemy, Infura)Strong grasp of smart contract security best practicesIndependent, self-motivated, and thrives in a remote-first culturePrevious CTO experience would be advantageous Perks Competitive base salary with performance-based bonusesPaid vacationCompany-provided laptop and personal development support
