Job Title: Stores Clerk

Location: Limpopo, Greater Sekhukhune District, Burgersfort

Job Type: 24 Month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

  • Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate records of all stock and inventory levels
  • Organise and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items
  • Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery
  • Assist in conducting regular stock counts and audits

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Inventory Management is an advantage
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the mining or industrial sector
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory control role, preferably within mining, construction, or heavy industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good understanding of inventory management practises
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional training or certification in warehouse operations
  • Experience with forklift operation
