Database Management & Querying Work with databases (SQL, NoSQL) to extract and manipulate data.Optimize data structures for efficiency and performance.Ensure data integrity and security compliance. Business Intelligence & Decision Support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.Provide insights to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.Assist in predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives when required. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics. Recommend improvements in data collection, processing, and reporting techniques. Support automation efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The suitable candidate shall have the following qualifications/attributes/skills:â¯â¯ Honors or Masters in Criminology Experience in i2 Analyst Notebook, Ciims Online Intelligence and XDS is preferable.⯠Drivers licenseâ¯- own transport Proficiency in SQL for data querying. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio). Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R. Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting, with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Effective communication skills to present findings to stakeholders. Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and tools & understanding of business intelligence (BI) strategies. Prior experience in data analytics or business intelligence role, with statistical methods and data modelling. Clear criminal record
