Are you the kind of person who sees a complex project and immediately starts mapping the timelines, risks, people, and outcomes in your head?Do you thrive where strategy meets engineering, and where data, feasibility and execution collide?If you love turning ambiguity into a structured plan — welcome home.WHY THIS ROLE ROCKSHigh visibility in corporate strategyCross-divisional influence and exposureBlend of engineering-minded thinking and commercial decision-makingFast-paced environment where no two days look the sameYou’ll directly impact major product and manufacturing decisions We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive strategic project evaluations, partner with high-level decision-makers, and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end project cycles.This role sits at the heart of Product Portfolio Strategy and blends project leadership, analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and sharp business thinking.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGYou’ll be the engine that ensures strategic projects move from concept, evaluation to execution with precision.Your key focus areas include:Project Leadership & CoordinationLead, organise and steer cross-divisional project teams for successful project evaluations and sign-offs.Plan, schedule and coordinate internal resources to ensure flawless project execution.Develop project scopes and objectives with full stakeholder engagement.Strategy, Feasibility & AnalysisConduct feasibility studies for local manufacture and long-term production options.Develop detailed project plans, timing schedules and progression tracking.Identify capacity, resources and alignment required across divisions.Apply structured techniques to manage changes in scope, cost and timelines.Performance, Reporting & GovernanceMeasure project performance using recognised tools and systems.Escalate progress, risks and deviations to management promptly.Perform proactive risk management to minimise operational and strategic risks.Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation to support top-level decision-making.Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships across business units.Provide ongoing updates, insights and deliverables to leadership.Support scenario planning and solution development.WHAT YOU NEED TO BRINGA relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (Marketing / Finance / Engineering).Formal Project Management training.Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience.Successful completion of the LDQ.Strong analytical mindset and business-case evaluation skills.Experience in desktop + practical research, scenario planning and project analysis.Proven project management track record.Excellent presentation skills (MS Office), with the ability to build structured, executive-ready presentations.Exceptional attention to detail and communication capability.High initiative, engagement and problem-solving ability.
