Responsibilities:

  • Monitors operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Designs efficient production processes and workflows.
  • Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards.
  • Reduces waste and addresses production issues.
  • Develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics and material flow, cost analysis, and production coordination.
  • Driving economic development by creating innovative solutions, advancing technology, and improving infrastructure.

Requirements

  • B Eng Industrial Engineering Degree required.
  • Project Management Qualification
  • 3 years of Project Management experience
  • 3 years of production and operational experience
  • Must be able to work unsupervised within a team and possess clear communication skills.
  • The individual must be energetic and able to cope with physical tasks.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Good Leadership.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Ability
  • Logical Thinking and Judgment Ability
  • Hard working, reliable, and prepared to work overtime.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Willing to adapt to change, driven and dynamic.
  • Ability to work in a team and be service-orientated.
  • Self-motivated and used to a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to work for long hours as and when required.
  • Experience in analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs (Process Optimization)
  • Proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics to optimize the flow of materials and products, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers and distributors.
