Junior Accountant and Compliance

Conduct internal audits to assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement.•Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. Provide insights to management to support decision-making and improve financial performance.•Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement new accounting standards as necessary.•Provide financial advice and guidance to management on various matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment decisions, and business expansion.•Develop and update policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.•Monitor organizational activities for compliance risks and violations.•Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.•Train employees on compliance policies and procedures.•Investigate non-compliance reports and take corrective actions.•Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and senior management.•Establish internal controls to ensure policy adherence.•Coordinate audits and implement necessary corrective actions.•Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes.•Promote a culture of ethics and integrity.
