Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HVAC systems tailored to client specifications and building requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems to recommend enhancements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate HVAC solutions into overall building designs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation, including specifications and calculations.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or BTech in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field (BEng, BSc, or BTech).
  • Valid Trade Test.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering, with a solid portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles, energy efficiency, and building codes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
