With a culture built on innovation, quality, and creativity, this is an opportunity to join a team that thrives on transforming ideas into memorable olfactory experiences.The Role: Fragrance Development TechnologistThis role supports the research and development team in designing and applying fragrances that meet diverse client requirements. It offers a defined career path, with the opportunity to grow into a head perfumer role within two years. Ideal for someone with both scientific knowledge and a passion for scent creation, the role bridges technical precision with creative expression.Key ResponsibilitiesMinimum 2 years of experience in fragrance development, evaluation, or applications supportCharacterise and match fragrances across oils, fine fragrance, personal care, home, and fabric carePrepare, analyse, and interpret GC-MS reports for fragrance quantification and profilingManage raw material quality, substitutions, and formulation adjustmentsParticipate in olfactory evaluations and accurately interpret findingsMaintain and update the internal fragrance library and technical recordsKeep abreast of new ingredients, technologies, and global fragrance trendsTroubleshoot customer concerns through application testing and desktop researchAbout YouDegree in Chemistry or a related scientific fieldProven experience in fragrance development, applications, or R&D supportStrong project management and organisational skillsComputer literacy with excellent attention to detailConfident communicator with the ability to work across teams and with clientsProactive, self-driven, and eager to grow into a perfumer rolePassionate about fragrances, with curiosity and creativity to push boundaries
