- Boilermaker trade
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Supervise and train fettling team members
- Plan and prioritize workloads, allocate tasks, and manage workflow
- Ensure quality standards are met, inspecting workpieces for defects
- Maintain and oversee tooling, including ordering replacement tools
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality metrics
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
