This is a growth-focused opportunity for someone motivated to evolve into a future management role. Accuracy is critical, and we value individuals who are detail-driven, humble, and eager to grow with us.Key RequirementsProven experience in both accounting and payrollXero experience (essential)Sage Payroll experience (preferred)High attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated, eager to learn, and growth-orientedA good cultural fit: values automation, performance, and peopleHumble attitude with leadership potentialCompensation & BenefitsGross Salary: ZAR 35,000/month (paid via direct deposit)Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus schemeMedical Aid: R1,500/month company contribution (after probation)Transport: Heavily subsidised company transportRetirement: Pension fund includedLeave: 18 days annual leave, plus 12 paid SA public holidaysWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:0019:00 (RSA time)
