Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
  • Grade 12 / equivalent with high level of computer literacy
  • Working experience within the warehouse environment
  • Strong people skills and communication ability
  • Able to work under pressure and good time management
  • Candidates must reside in the relevant areas
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Manage and maintain warehouse admin effectively and assists warehouse operations team
  • Ops / Admin – GRV's, delivery notes, invoices; ensure warehouse is real time vs physical stock; ensure pick slip and dispatch note creation; assist with and ensure stock takes are done as per SOP; ensure timeous billing; adherence to bond store processes; investigate stock variances
  • Financial management / invoicing / reporting – prepare supplier invoices; strict and accurate invoicing; forwarding of invoices; manage WIPs and accruals; assist with reporting; job loss management and preparing credit notes
  • Management of customer relationships – external and internal
  • Quality & risk management – work evaluation; ensure procedures followed; prevent/recover losses; identify risk areas; auditing documents; bond store clearances
 
Salary: R12 926.00 per month
