Minimum:

  • B. Sc / B. Eng. in Engineering.
  • 5 years of continuous improvement experience.
  • Proficiency in project management.

Preferred:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification/accreditation.
  • Expertise in manufacturing financials, process optimization, and new product implementation.
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, robotics, and automation.

Strategic Operations Improvement:

  • Lead transformative projects to elevate operational efficiency.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to achieve significant financial savings.

Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure timely and successful project completions.

Cultural Transformation:

  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Implement management systems to foster operational excellence.

Leadership in Engineering:

  • Guide and support industrial engineers in our cutting-edge factories.
  • Collaborate with the team for seamless project execution.
