What You''ll Do:Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for tenders and ongoing projectsMonitor budgets, prepare valuations and progress paymentsEvaluate tenders and assist with pricing documentationAdminister contracts and manage final accountsSupport project and site managers with cost control and reportingEnsure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems Minimum Requirements: 2-7 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil infrastructure or water projectsRelevant qualification: BSc/BTech/Diploma in Quantity SurveyingSACQSP registration or in progress (Candidate or Professional QS)Strong MS Excel skills & exposure to construction costing softwareExcellent numerical and analytical abilitiesClear communicator, methodical thinker, and detail-focused Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with tender documentation and public infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with FIDIC/NEC contractsTeamwork and ability to work under pressure
