  • 10 year's practical construction site working experience essential.
  • Good understanding of building techniques.
  • Finishing and Carpentry experience and knowledge essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge and ability to complete all projects to a high quality standard.
  • Strong focus on quality and upholding the high-end company standards.
Duties:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Effectively manage timelines, and resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and high-end quality standards.
  • Hands-on managing construction sites and all subcontractors.
  • Regular reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Lead, manage and mentor project teams, creating a working culture of safety and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
