As a Structural Engineer, you will work closely with the Divisional Manager in the Sugar & Industrial division, contributing to the design and delivery of innovative structural and civil solutions in sectors such as heavy industry, ports, and commercial developments. Key Responsibilities:Design and specification of concrete, steel, and masonry structures.Foundation design for industrial structures and equipment.Structural steel connection design and shop drawing review.Concrete rebar detailing and checking.Conduct condition assessments and prepare technical reports.Develop specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.Participate in feasibility studies, plant layouts, and cost optioneering.Engage with clients and contribute to marketing and proposal development.Coordinate with internal and external technical teams.Perform site inspections and ensure ISO 9001:2015 QMS compliance.Support internal tools and standards improvement initiatives.Job Experience & Skills Required:Education: BSc / BEng (Civil) or BTech (Structures)Experience: 10+ years in structural engineering across multi-disciplinary projectsRegistration: ECSA registered (PrEng or PrTech)Strong background in industrial engineering sectors (e.g. sugar, paper, and ports)Experience in consulting engineering and commercial buildingsProficient in Prokon, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (rebar detailing software is a plus)Solid understanding of engineering workflows, interdisciplinary coordination, and applicable codes/standardsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel locally and internationally as requiredIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
