They will lead client engagements, oversee financial reviews, and coordinate tax compliance - all while mentoring a capable internal team.Key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of private clients as the main point of contactLeading and reviewing accounting and tax engagementsPresenting financial statements and insights to clientsOverseeing tax compliance across various entity typesCoordinating with internal departments to deliver integrated client serviceLiaising with SARS and supporting the implementation of tax structuresOnboarding new clients and managing ongoing relationshipsCandidate requirements:BCompt / BAcc Honours with PA(SA) or AGA(SA) designation3-5 years' post-articles experience in a similar environmentIn-depth knowledge of tax legislation, trust structures, and accounting frameworks (including IFRS for SMEs)Proficiency in Caseware, GreatSoft, and XeroStrong client relationship skills and an ability to thrive under pressureExcellent organisational and communication abilitiesWhat's on offer:A permanent leadership position within a trusted advisory firmExposure to complex, high-value client workA collaborative, technically strong team environmentA chance to shape long-term client outcomes and contribute strategicallyIf no response is received within two weeks of application, please consider the application unsuccessful.
