  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and a positive guest experience
    • Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service
    • Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
    • Implement and maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
    • Monitor financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
