To achieve assigned telesales targets for the region and oversee that a clients needs are met in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- 2 Years experience in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and Syspro
- Knowledge of food safety
- Results driven person.
- Good team player with the ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
- Sound record keeping abilities.
- Quality focus; determined to get things right the first time.
- Good communicator skills with numerical skills.
- Achieve the daily telesales targets
- Monitor orders vs stock availability and manage demand correctly
- Administrate daily sales
- Communicate dropped orders as instructed
- Ensure on time deliveries
- Monitor and understand distributor's daily delivery reports
- Effective customer and principal relationships
- Maintain good working relationship with both our customers, key account managers, and
Regional sales manager.
