The Group has a vacancy for an experienced, professional and dedicated Occupational Health Care Nurse to join the team. This position is situated at the Elandsfontein branch in Rustivia, Germiston. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Human Capital.POSITION REQUIREMENTS80% Occupational healthcare and 20% Primary healthcareManage the administrative and operational activities of the primary health care and occupational health care clinic to ensure a quality, legally compliant, efficient, and effective service deliveryConduct and review health risk assessments annually or as requiredPerform and monitor medical and biological surveillance within the prescribed Company protocolsMaintaining and assisting with the management of the Company chronic disease programMaintain statutory and internal company procedures and programsKeep record of all activities conductedFile and maintain legally required documents (soft and hard copies)Oversee and assist with maintenance of the clinic equipmentMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationCompile necessary clinic management reportsPlanning and administration of the Occupational Health Service QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE Nursing Diploma/DegreeOccupational Health Nurse qualification recognised by South African Medical Council (South African Nursing council)PHC qualification/experienceSpirometry, Audiometry and Visual screening (certified qualification should be a must)HIV/AIDS certificateRegistration with SANC/SASOHN3 - 5 years relevant work experienceKnowledge of drivers medicalExperience in the treatment of Injuries on DutyDispensing license a mustProficiency with MS Word, Excel and OutlookValid Driver’s license and own reliable transportQUALIFYING ATTRIBUTESExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganisation and planning skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure without supervisionAttention to detail and accuracyHard working and self-motivatedTime management skillsExcellent standards in executionPlease note that the successful candidate will receive a formal, written offer of employment after all applicable pre-employment checks have been completed.
