Automation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Automation Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize automated mechanical systems that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability across our production and product lines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mechanical automation solutions, including mechanisms, assemblies, and automated equipmentCreate 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, etc.)Participate in concept development, prototyping, testing, and full-scale implementation of automated systemsIntegrate mechanical designs with electrical, control, and software systemsConduct root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation equipmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams (controls, manufacturing, quality, operations) to ensure seamless integration into productionPrepare technical documentation, BOMs, user manuals, and maintenance guidelinesEnsure designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and reliability targetsRequired QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related fieldStrong understanding of automation principles, machine design, and mechanical systemsProficiency with 3D CAD tools and engineering analysis methodsKnowledge of actuators, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, motion systems, and precision mechanismsExperience with prototyping, testing, and commissioning automated machineryStrong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
