Description:To provide administration and support to the Financial Advisor by building strong client relationships, delivering superior client service, and applying technical and product knowledge effectivelyKey ResponsibilitiesAreas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to:Ensuring all work is completed accurately, comprehensively, and within set quality standards and timelines.Drafting and processing new business quotations within required SLAs.Reviewing the new business pipeline, following up, and tracking progress alongside the Financial Advisor.Processing and issuing new business policies and managing existing policy changes.Managing, resolving, and escalating queries through the correct channels.Providing administrative and client support to the Financial Advisor.Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Issuing quotations timeously.Handling general telephonic and email queries.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, statistics, and documentation of all queries and processes.Personal Attributes & SkillsStrong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and ownership.Proactive and able to use initiative with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.Able to work in a highly pressurised and target-driven environment.Adaptability to change and uncertainty.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated, honest, and ethical.Ability to meet deadlines timeously.Requirements:Matric2 years working experience in the Financial IndustryRE5 (advantageous)Knowledge of MS Office SuiteExcellent Communication skills (verbal and written)Tertiary qualification (advantageous)Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
