Responsibilities:
  • Preparing analytical reports as required for business insight, innovation, and optimization
  • Ensuring that all records are in line with company procedure and accepted practices
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various databases
  • Design and create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand data sources and ensure accurate reporting
  • Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports and dashboards
  • Conduct regular data quality checks and troubleshoot reporting issues
  • Assist in the development of data models to optimize report performance
  • Provide training and support to end-users on report utilization and data interpretation
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data reporting and visualization

Requirements:
  • Degree, Diploma or IT Related certification
  • SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Power BI for report creation and dashboard development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL or LTE processes
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in a similar reporting or data analysis role is preferred
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
  • Advanced SQL skills (e.g., joins, subqueries, aggregations)
  • Expertise in Power BI functionalities (e.g., DAX, Power Query)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
