An opportunity for an experienced FRONTLINE ADMINISTRATOR (Patient Co-ordinator) is required for permanent employment based in Newcastle.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate (Frontline) patients in the practice
- General Administration duties
- Staff co-ordination and motivation
- Represent the practice in a front-line role.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Previous experience in a similar role (req).
- Previous experience in a Medical practice (adv).
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Well spoken, presentable individual with good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Task orientated and high attention to efficiency.
- Punctuality critical.
- A vibrant, committed individual with a stable background, preferably a mature applicant in good health.
- Computer Literate: Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Pastel experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to file and store documents in a systematic and neat manner.
- Mon to Fri with half day Saturdays
- Newcastle residency required.
