Our client is looking for a very target driven Sales Representative to join their company

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Sales Manager
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
  • Follow-up for collection of payment
  • Coordinate schedules and delivery of products
  • Cold call new potential clients and business
  • Must have an outgoing personality
  • Must have knowledge of work wear/Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Must have good organizational skills and planning abilities
  • Good customer services and selling skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Driver’s License with own reliable transport
  • Reliable Cellphone
  • Grade 12 / Matric Essential and Tertiary Qualification advantages
  • Previous proven sales experience advantageous
  • 3 years of experience in PPE beneficial
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer issues
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with customers
  • Capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Must be sensitive to company and customer needs including their public image
  • Proven success in customer service and in the development of strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy
