Concentrix in Cape Town is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Associate to join our on-site team. You will handle high-profile escalated cases, manage work orders within SLA, and provide first-contact resolution for customers on an international campaign.
Requirements include at least 6 months international call center experience, Grade 12, and the ability to work UK business hours. Proficiency in Dutch and a proactive, responsible attitude are essential.
