- Proven experience in estate management, property management or a related field will be an advantage
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software and management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mind set for marketing initiatives
- Knowledge of real estate regulations, property management practices, and marketing principles
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Own transport and valid drivers license
