Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Financial Reports: Generate accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring clarity and compliance with reporting standards.

  • Ensure Compliance with GAAP: Maintain strict adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulatory standards.

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

  • Assist with Financial and Tax Audits: Collaborate with auditors to facilitate efficient and successful financial and tax audits.

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.

  • Internal Controls: Assist in the development and enhancement of internal controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Budget Preparation and Monitoring: Support the preparation, review, and ongoing monitoring of budgets to align with strategic goals.

  • Department Leadership: Provide direction and oversight to the finance department, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and excellence.

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).

  • Proven experience in financial accounting, with a solid understanding of GAAP principles.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
