Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and address any inquiries or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and electronic payments in accordance with company policies.
Adhere to Protocols: Follow strict uniform, hygiene, and safety protocols to maintain a professional appearance and ensure a clean working environment.
Merchandising: Assist in promoting menu items and special offers, keeping displays well-stocked and appealing to customers.
Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in the shop floor and bathrooms, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:

Education: Matric (Grade 12)
Experience: Relevant retail experience as a Cashier preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as well as religious holidays.
