Office Automation Regional Sales Manager – Stationery Industry To lead and grow regional sales performance within the office automation and stationery sector by managing sales teams, developing key accounts, expanding market share, and driving sustainable revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee regional sales operations for office automation, stationery, and related solutionsLead, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve regional sales targetsDevelop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectivesIdentify and grow new business opportunities while managing key corporate accountsBuild strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and large customersMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing structuresPrepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reportsEnsure effective use of CRM systems and accurate sales reportingCollaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to improve customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practicesMinimum RequirementsProven experience in regional sales management within office automation, stationery, or B2B consumablesStrong understanding of copiers, printers, document solutions, office equipment, and stationery productsDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsValid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionallyPreferred / AdvantageousExperience managing dealer and reseller networksKnowledge of managed print services (MPS) and service contractsRelevant sales or business qualificationStrong analytical and reporting skillsKey CompetenciesStrategic sales leadershipBusiness development and account managementPeople management and coachingCustomer-focused mindsetCommercial and financial acumenResilience and adaptabilityWorking ConditionsRegional travel requiredOffice-based with field engagementPerformance-based commission and incentive structure
