As a Refrigeration Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring that maintenance and projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Duties & Requirements:
  • General Plant Maintenance in the FMCG environment
  • Coordinating and scheduling work assignments
  • Providing technical guidance and support to team members
  • Conducting inspections and troubleshooting to diagnose issues
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Ordering materials and maintaining inventory
  • CAT Certification essential (Ammonia experience)
  • Trade Test
  • At least 3 years' experience in Foreman/Maintenance position
