Overview:

To provide support to various departments which includes accounts, management and technical department. Ensure stability in profitability by maintaining a high customer satisfaction and retention rate. 

 

Minimum requirements: 

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Completed tertiary in Business Management, Project Management, Cost & Management Accounting (highly advantageous)
  • 2+ years relevant job experience
  • Computer literate

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with both clients and suppliers with regards to active jobs
  • Maintain filing system to ensure that documents are filed correctly
  • Manage effective systems to control time, cost and quality
  • Compilation and submission of reports one expenses to Service Head of Department and clients on completion of jobs
  • Monthly service scheduling of all clients
  • Create quotations for clients based on job card feedback
  • Control job card sequencing and priority, follow up on outstanding job cards
  • Generating invoices and credit notes
  • Review, capture and ensure accuracy of approved job card, invoices and client information
  • Identify and address discrepancies
  • Generate and control routine service schedules, follow up on outstanding service schedules
  • Provide continual customer feedback
  • Order and requisition material and parts required for all technicians. Follow up on deliveries.
  • Overall control of all documentation and paperwork
  • Address any service-related queries and information requests
  • Submission of quotes and invoices
