O&M Technician

Daily monitoring, maintenance and supervising the ongoing operation of solar plants, ensuring rapid identification and resolution of any faults or performance issues.
Provide your technical expertise by conducting advanced troubleshooting of AC/DC systems, escalating critical issues for resolution when necessary
Analyse plant performance data to derive insights, optimize system efficiency, and recommend improvements
Stakeholder support by providing expert technical assistance to clients and partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met
Emergency response by maintaining your availability for after-hours emergencies, ensuring swift and effective responses to any urgent operational issues

Skills & Experience:
Possesses a valid trade qualification with 2-3 years of experience in electrical work within the renewable energy sector
Solar PV & Battery Energy Storage: Demonstrated proficiency in maintenance and system management
Experience in Instrumentation & Automation is an advantage
Analytically skilled in data analysis and report generation
Problem-Solving and adept at troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain excellent client relationships
Software Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with a preference for experience in online PV systems

Qualification:
N5 or BTech (Electrical Engineering)

Red Seal adv
