JBPM Specialist

A skilled JBPM Specialist with at least 5 years of experience to join our client as an independent contractor based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing client-side and server-side architecture, customizing BPM workflows using JBPM, and developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with JBPM and BPM technologies.
• Strong understanding of client-side and server-side architecture principles.
• Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Experience customizing BPM workflows using JBPM or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of database management and application development.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.

• Design client-side and server-side architecture for BPM workflows and applications.
• Customize BPM workflows using JBPM to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications to support BPM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Optimize BPM workflows and applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to BPM workflows and applications.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in BPM and related fields
