Passenger Vehicle Parts Manager Premium Brand

Responsibilities:Manage and oversee all functions within the parts department, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfactionMaintain optimum stock levels to meet customer and workshop demand while minimizing excess inventoryDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive parts sales and enhance profitabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, workshop teams, and retail clientsMonitor parts order processes, returns, and warranty claims in line with OEM standardsEnsure accurate inventory control, regular stock takes, and compliance with brand and dealer policiesTrain, supervise, and support parts staff to achieve departmental goals and exceptional service deliveryProvide accurate monthly reporting on departmental performance to dealership managementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsRequirements:Matric Certificate (Grade 12)Minimum 5 years experience as a Parts Manager in a franchised dealership, preferably within a premium or luxury vehicle brand environmentStrong understanding of passenger vehicle parts operations and inventory management systemsAutomotive OEM parts experience essentialValid drivers licenseMotor Industry experience EssentialSkills / Attributes:Excellent leadership and team management abilitiesStrong communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and results-driven approachAbility to work under pressure and handle high-volume environmentsProficient in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, or similar) Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
