What youll be doingAssist with process assessments, optimization, and troubleshooting across water and chemical treatment systems.Support project planning, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and close-out activities.Work closely with design, operations, and client teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are met.Participate in site visits to conduct audits, collect data, and resolve technical challenges.Contribute to technical proposals, solution design, costing, and client support activities.Assist with ensuring regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance, particularly on industrial and mining sites.Participate in operator training, development of manuals, and performance improvement activities.Prepare reports, process documentation, and operational recommendations.What youll needBEng Process Engineering or Chemical Engineering (completed).0 3 years experience in water treatment, chemical processing, industrial plants, or related engineering environments.Exposure to project management principles (advantageous).Site-based experience in commissioning, optimisation, or operational support (preferred).Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Python or process simulation tools beneficial.Valid drivers license and own car ability and willingness to travel regularly to Mpumalanga.Strong communication skills (written & verbal).South African citizen What is in it for you?Competitive CTC package: R336 000 R444 000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.Opportunity to work in a mission-driven, sustainability-focused engineering environment.Exposure to technically challenging work with real operational and environmental impact.Mentorship, growth, and professional development in a specialized engineering sector.A dynamic, fast-paced culture suited to motivated graduates who want hands-on exposure.A Few Things to KnowFrequent travel to operational sites is required.This is a field-intensive role suited to someone who enjoys both office and onsite work.The environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability, initiative, and resilience.Ready to Apply?Click Apply and please complete your application in full.If you dont hear from us within 3 months, your application was not successful.
