  • Supervising and training site workers and tradespeople
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols and quality standards
  • Managing and placing material orders as per bill of quantities and budget
  • Monitoring site expenditure and maintaining budget compliance
  • Resolving site problems promptly and effectively
  • Managing and tracking development programs daily
  • Reporting progress and challenges to the Development Director
  • Conducting quality control checks and maintaining site cleanliness and discipline
